When using some of our Web sites and signing up for our online services; when subscribing to our e-newsletters; and/or when attending trade shows, in-person events, and when participating in our Webcasts; users may be asked to register. During registration, users are required to give their contact information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number), and other information may be requested (such as the size of a company, etc.). We also use such information to improve our service, for marketing purposes, and/or for industry reporting purposes. For our services that require payment (purchasing a book; attending an event; purchasing access to an online program; etc.), we use third-parties for payment processing and thus, your privacy relationship is with that third-party. Some of the information the third-parties may collect include credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date along with identifiable information including but no limited to address, phone number, and email address), which is used for our agent's billing purposes only, and is not otherwise shared. Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end of the e-mail newsletter. Where such submissions include requests for service, support or information, we may forward them to our agents, as needed, to best respond to the specific request.
